To make a reservation for any of our trips, first call or email our office to verify space availability for the date of your choice. Then use this link to submit an online reservation (click here) and make a deposit, either by credit card, or by mailing a check.

If you elect to make an online deposit payment by credit card, we'll respond with a confirmation email along with a link to our payment site where you may pay the balance due by credit card. We will also mail an itemized invoice.
If you choose to send a deposit by check, we will respond to your request by email and hold the spaces for 7 working days pending arrival of your check in the mail.
The balance is due sixty-days prior to the trip departure date.
We’ll also respond to your reservation request with a link to trip "Float Notes", as well as Acknowledgment of Risk and Travel Plans forms, which you will need to print out, read, sign and return to us. If you prefer, we can mail you printed copies of this paperwork.
(Float Notes trip information packets contain information about what to bring, what not to bring, details on travel connections, weather averages, and other important details regarding your preparation to join the trip. They are also available here on the website.)

Deposit, Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Responsibility and Liability
Grand Canyon, Cataract Canyon, Desolation Canyon and Ranch/River Combo trips require $200.00 per person deposit to guarantee space.
Westwater Canyon trips require a $50.00 per person deposit.
Canoe rental packages require a $50.00 per reservation deposit.
Gray Canyon One-day trips require a $25.00 per person deposit.
Trip balance amounts for all trips are due in full 60 days prior to trip departure. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not collected by due date
Cancellations incur the following fees/penalties:
Cancellations received 90+ days prior to trip departure - $25.00 per person fee
Cancellations received 60-90 days prior to trip departure – full deposit forfeited
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to trip departure – all payments are non-refundable, except payments may be transferrable to another similar trip within the period of one year, with a $25.00 per person service fee.
We will not issue refunds or transfer payments for late arrivals, “day of trip” cancellations, or "no-shows" whether by choice, caused by travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, or in cases of emergency evacuation.

Moki Mac River Expeditions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or alter any trip itinerary as may be required by weather or river level conditions or other elements beyond our control. There is an element of risk on all river trips. Because of the inherent risk, dangers and rigors required of river running, you must be able to certify that you and your family, including minor children, are fully capable of participating in river running and related activities, and you must assume full responsibility for yourself, your family, including minor children, for bodily injury, death and loss of personal property and expenses thereof.

We urge you to purchase vacation interruption insurance to protect you in case you find you must cancel your trip. Policy purchases may be time sensitive. Plan ahead!
