To make a reservation for a raft trip, just call our office to check on space availability for your trip, and arrange to make a deposit to confirm your space. The balance is due sixty-days prior to trip departure. We’ll respond to your reservation request with some "Float Notes," containing information about what to bring, what not to bring, details on travel connections, weather averages, an "Acknowledgment of Risk" form that you must sign and return, and other important details regarding your preparation to join the trip.

Cancellation/Refunds Policy
Responsibility and Liability

No refunds are allowed for cancellations received by us less than ninety days prior to trip departure. A cancellation fee of $25.00 per person is charged for cancellations received more than ninety days prior to trip departure. We will not issue refunds for late arrivals or "no-shows" whether by choice, caused by travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, nor in cases of emergency evacuation. We urge you to consider purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Details are included in the information package you will receive upon booking a trip.

Moki Mac River Expeditions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or alter any trip itinerary as may be required by weather or river level conditions or other elements beyond our control. There is an element of risk on all river trips. Because of the inherent risk, dangers and rigors required of river running, you must be able to certify that you and your family, including minor children, are fully capable of participating in river running and related activities, and you must assume full responsibility for yourself, your family, including minor children, for bodily injury, death and loss of personal property and expenses thereof.
